ALL FOR PADEL S.L. (hereinafter, AFP) located at Avenida del Tranvía 20, 28925- Alcorcón- Madrid (Spain), registered in the Madrid Mercantile Register, volume 29046, book 0, folio 162, section 8, sheet m-529300, with Tax ID B86333465, in its capacity as the service provider, is responsible for the website loksports.com (hereinafter referred to as the website).
The present Purchase Conditions establish the terms for sales made between any natural person who wishes to make a purchase of products on the website (hereinafter, the Client) and AFP.
AFP reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Purchase Conditions, with the changes applying to orders placed on or after the effective date of those changes. Placing an order with AFP implies acceptance by the Client of these Purchase Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Contracting Procedure
In accordance with Article 27 of the "Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce" (hereinafter, LSSICE), the contracting procedure will follow the steps below:

1. Offered Products
The main characteristics of each product are described in their corresponding sheets or sections (features, price, offers, discounts, etc.).
The description of the products offered on the website is based on the information provided by AFP's suppliers.

2. Price and validity period of the offer.
The applicable prices for each product are those published on the website, expressed in euros and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally current one at any given time depending on the specific article in question.
The product prices, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping costs, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any other additional service and annex to the purchased product.
Prices may change daily, at any time, such changes will not affect orders previously confirmed by AFP to the Client.


3. Order Formalization

Orders can only be made by natural persons who register on the website, who will have the status of consumer for the purposes of the applicable regulations.
AFP will not accept orders made by companies, associations, independent contractors, or any other type of legal person, who must contact AFP through the commercial channels established for legal persons.
To be able to purchase on the website you must:
• Provide your name and address, phone number, email address, payment details, and other required information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Register and create a Client account through the website.
For registration purposes, the Client will indicate an email address and enter a password, committing to make diligent use of them and not to make them available to third parties, as they are personally responsible for each purchase made with their user identification and password. AFP commits to treat the data confidentially, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy of this website.
Before formalizing the order and proceeding to payment, the Client can check all the details of the order: items, quantities, price, availability, transport costs, charges, discounts, taxes, and the total purchase amount.
After receiving the order, AFP will send an order confirmation to the Client by email, with the details of the purchase made. The contract will be concluded at the moment the Client receives such confirmation.
The order confirmation email constitutes proof of the Client's purchase, and AFP will proceed to its filing in accordance with the requirements of Article 27 of the LSSICE.
All orders are subject to product availability. AFP has a period of 3 working days from the formalization of the order for its review and acceptance. In case the desired product by the Client is not available, AFP may reject the order and proceed with its cancellation. AFP may decide, at its sole discretion, not to accept orders it considers abnormal, suspects to be fraudulent, or have not been made by natural persons.
The Client can check the status of their order and the order history, in the "MY ACCOUNT" section, logging in with their access data. For any additional information about the order, the Client can contact AFP's Customer Service at the email: customerservice@loksports.com.
In order to issue an invoice, it is essential that the customer is registered on our website and provides their tax informacion. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided to AFP.
4. Correction, cancellation, or modification of orders.
The Client may correct errors related to the personal data provided in their order, after the payment process, by contacting AFP's Customer Service (customerservice@loksports.com). AFP will try to accommodate the requested changes, provided that the client communicates them within 24 hours following the placement of the order and that the communication occurs before the order preparation phase.
AFP cannot make product changes in orders, for this, the order must be canceled and a new order must be placed. For cancellations, you must contact Customer Service (customerservice@loksports.com).
In any case, cancellations requested by the customer may incur associated management costs.

5. Delivery of Orders
AFP will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be made due to: i) falling within one of the indicated restrictions; ii) the data provided by the Customer being false, inaccurate, or incomplete; or iii) any other cause beyond AFP's control.
Orders will be shipped using a courier service. Delivery dates or deadlines shall be understood as approximate, with delays not constituting a material breach of this contract. The delivery period will be indicated in the order confirmation email sent by AFP.
If 7 working days have elapsed since notifying the Customer of the attempted delivery of the order without the order being delivered and it is returned to AFP due to reasons beyond its control, we will consider that the Customer cancels the contract, thereby terminating it. As a consequence of contract termination, we will refund the product price within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of termination. The customer will be responsible for the transportation costs arising from this resolution.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the products at the time of receiving the order and to note any justifiable observations on the delivery receipt document. We kindly ask you to examine the received order, check its condition, and verify that it is complete. In case of any damages or missing items, please contact AFP's Customer Service as soon as possible (customerservice@loksports.com) attaching photographs of the received package, opened, and its contents.

6. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
The Customer can make any complaints they deem appropriate through any written means of contact with AFP's Customer Service (customerservice@loksports.com) and will be attended to as soon as possible, within a maximum period of 1 month from receipt.
6.1 Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
In accordance with article 14.1 of "Regulation (EU) 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer matters," we inform you that the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution, through the intervention of a third party called "Online Dispute Resolution Body" (hereinafter, ODR), which acts as an intermediary between the conflicting parties. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, ultimately being able to suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict.

If making a complaint through this means, the customer must send us a copy of the completed form to customerservice@loksports.com

7. Force Majeure
The parties - AFP and the Customer - will not incur any liability for any failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure causes. For these purposes, "force majeure" shall mean any unforeseeable event.

8. Jurisdiction
The Customer may not assign, transfer, or transmit the rights, responsibilities, and obligations acquired with the purchase.

9. Language
Contractual, commercial information, and communications with the Customer will be conducted in Spanish or English, depending on the language selected by the Customer.

10. Shipping Costs
Our products do not include shipping costs, which vary depending on the weight of the items and the destination.
Shipping costs can be consulted in the shopping cart before proceeding with the purchase.

11. Warranty
AFP offers warranties on the products it sells through the website in accordance with the current regulations on consumer goods warranties, within 3 years from the date of the purchase invoice.
Our warranty team will evaluate the product and notify the resolution by email, which may be accepted or rejected.
Accepted warranties:
- Manufacturing defect
- Non-compliance with technical specifications
Not accepted warranties:
- If they have been damaged due to misuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame source, excessive heat, sharp objects, etc.)
- If they have been damaged due to improper use or activities other than the intended purpose
- If they have not been purchased at loksports.com
- Product modified regarding its original form, colors, or composition.
In any case, All For Padel reserves the right to reject the warranty for any circumstance not specified above.
The lifespan of any Lõk product depends on its particular use, conditions of use, and wear patterns characteristic of the user.
Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the product's lifespan will not be replaced.
The warranty will not cover products showing any signs of modification regarding their original form, colors, or composition.
How can I request a warranty?
To request the warranty, you must send us an email with the order number (uppercase letters) to: customerservice@loksports.com attaching a video and photos showing the product and its defects. The customer will receive instructions for managing the warranty by email.
If the warranty has been accepted by our quality department in the initial photo/video survey, the damaged product will be collected and, when we receive it in our warehouse, the same new product will be sent to replace it.
If it is not possible to conduct the assessment remotely, and on-site assessment of the product is required, it will be collected, and the customer will receive a response within a maximum period of 15 working days.
If the warranty is rejected, a refusal letter indicating the reason for rejection will be issued, and if the product has been collected for assessment, it will be returned to the original address.

13. Nullity
If any provision of these Terms is declared null, such declaration shall not affect the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this document.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by or construed in accordance with Spanish law to the extent not expressly established otherwise.

AFP and the Client agree to submit any disputes that may arise from the provision of services under this contract to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the Customer's domicile; if the Customer's domicile is outside of Spain, AFP and the Client expressly waive any other jurisdiction, submitting expressly to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain.ff
