If you are not totally satisfied with your order, just follow the instructions detailed in this section.

Returns:

Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you think the products Lõk purchased on our website do not meet your needs, return your order within a maximum period of 15 days and we will refund it.

The conditions to accept said returns are the following:

  • that the product keeps its original packaging and has not been unsealed or used.
  • the original labels have not been removed.

Also, in the case of rackets:

  • the sealed cuff has not been removed.
  • that it has not been used (a rally leaves signs and marks that make its subsequent sale impossible).
  • that it has been manipulated by incorporating accessories such as overgrips or protectors.

How to make a return?

You can return orders on our website in the most convenient way:

1. If you are a registered customer, through the "My Account" section, by selecting the order concerned and creating a return. Indicating the reason for the return.

2. If you are not registered, you should contact: customerservice@loksports.com

Once the return has been accepted, you will receive instructions on how to make the return by email.

Refund

Once the goods have been received in our warehouses and the condition of the product has been checked, we will proceed to refund the amount, in accordance with the method of payment made by the customer, within a period not exceeding 15 working days from receipt of the returned goods. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer as stated in the LGCU.

Your bank or credit card company may need more time to process the refund.

You will receive an e-mail notification informing you that the refund has been made.
