Placing an Order

Placing an order on the All For Padel website is easy. Choose the item or items you want and add them to your basket. When you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button, and your order will be displayed.

You can make a purchase whether you are registered or not. If you are registered, enter your username and password, and the order will automatically integrate the data from your account. If you do not wish to be registered, fill in the contact and shipping details, and we will process your order.

Once this step is completed, choose the payment method you prefer and confirm your order.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully processed by the website.

If you are registered, you can see all the orders you have placed previously with that account.

Access your complete order history by clicking on My Account and entering your username and password.

Cancelling Your Order

We process orders automatically, so cancelling an order is not possible once you confirm it. However, if you have made a mistake and it has been a short time since you placed the order, call our customer service, and we will try to rectify it. Please note that once the order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled, and you will need to manage a return. The phone number for our customer service is 91 1336622.

Offers/Clearance

At All For Padel, you can also find products from previous seasons offered at reduced prices. These new products are not returns, repaired products, or samples. Reduced price products may be offered during the sales or clearance period. Promotional codes do not apply to reduced-price products.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes do not apply to reduced-price products. If you have returned an order in which a promotional code was used, the value of the return will be the amount you paid. Promotional codes are only valid for a specified time.

Tracking Your Order

If you are a registered customer, you can view the status of your order by selecting it in "My Orders" from My Account. You can also track it in detail by clicking on the dispatch number, which will give you access to the carrier's website, where you will find the most up-to-date information.

If you are not registered, you will need to enter the tracking number we sent you by email in the order tracking section.

The statuses are:

1. Received: Means that your order has been received and is being processed. You will receive an email to confirm that we have received the order.

2. Accepted: This status means that your order has been transferred to the warehouse that is preparing the shipment.

3. Shipped: This status means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, or it has already been delivered. You will receive an email with the tracking number of the order, which gives you access to the carrier's website so you can see where your package is.

4. Delivered: This status indicates that the order has been delivered to its destination.

If you are registered, you can consult the history of your orders in My Account by selecting "Order History".
